How X-ray pricing works
Hospitals often price plain X-rays by the number of views and the size of film used, so a two view knee X-ray costs more than a single view. "Video X-ray" is the common Nepali term for contrast studies watched live on a screen (fluoroscopy), such as barium swallow, barium meal, IVU and HSG. These need preparation, so book ahead.
