What we collect

Patients do not need to give us any personal details to use this site. Our only form is for hospitals, diagnostic centres and labs. When an organisation uses it, we receive the organisation name, website, contact person, work email, phone number and any details they choose to add.

Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use these details only to check and update the organisation's listing and to discuss a partnership. We do not sell them or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Form details are kept for as long as the organisation is listed or in discussion with us, and for no more than 24 months after that.

Cookies and visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages, hospital links and voucher buttons people click. Google Analytics does not tell us who you are. Visitors from the UK, the EU, the European Economic Area and Switzerland are counted without cookies. Full details are in our cookie policy.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.

Your rights

An organisation can ask us to show or delete the details it has sent. Use the form for hospitals and labs.

Future bookings

When voucher bookings launch, this policy will be updated to explain what booking details are shared with the centre you choose and why.
